Aileen's Oasis - Polarity Therapy Aileen's Oasis offers polarity therapy, an energy balancing, holistic therapy, proven to enhance health and well-being by eliminating pain, creating more efficient sleep patterns, improving physical energy and creativity, as well as diet and personal habits. Polarity therapy works on re-establishing the energetic system of the body, removing blockages which cause pain, discomfort and disease. Clients presenting with chronic pain, whiplash injuries, structural and emotional imbalances leave the session feeling much relief. Polarity therapy sessions begin with an intake interview followed up by an energetic assessment. Session take between 1 and 1/1/2 hours, depending upon the nature of the imbalance. Acute conditions such as injuries from accidents resulting in broken bones and abrasions will heal quite quickly, whereas, chronic conditions such as arthritis have proven to be more complex to work with, and require additional time. Anxiety and insomnia are usually relieved following a single session, enhancing the clients' ability to deal with stressful situations. Physical energy and stamina increase with surprising results, as they are often only noticed when the effort and time for to complete a workout or a run is substantially reduced. When an adjustment did not sustain, he sensed the electromagnetic energy currents,
and through tracking and balancing the reflex points based on the flows and the blockages,

borrowed heavily from other modalities, including philosophies learned in the East during
his travels to China and India. Dr. Stone maintained a practice in Chicago from 1914 until
1971. He began writing about his work and
